We can and we want to help!

Our mission is to improve the lives of children one book at a time. Our reading and writing programs incorporate schools, families and communities working together to increase literacy amongst school age children. We develop programs that will encourage families to make reading with their children a priority in their daily lives.

We accomplish our mission in the following ways:

1. Develop creative reading and writing programs for elementary school age children.

2. Provide new children’s books written by various children’s authors and educators to elementary school age children in under-served communities.

3. Brighten the smiles and lives of children with life threatening medical conditions as caring “Sleep Pea Angel Friends” spend time reading the Sleep Pea Angel Adventure Series and other stories to them.

We encourage and enlighten children on the joys of reading and writing through our Literacy Outreach Programs and events.
